President's Program 2021 | Acces Toyota receives Operational Excellence for the second consecutive year

Acces Toyota is very proud of its exceptional team and would like to sincerely thank each member for their loyalty, commitment and dedication, particularly in 2021. Acces Toyota's results under Toyota's 2021 President's Program Canada bear witness to the efforts made over the past year. Thanks to the daily contribution of each of the 35 people on its team, Acces Toyota receives operational excellence for a second consecutive year!

Each year, the President's Program competes with all Toyota dealerships in Canada. It aims to recognize and congratulate the best in the country. Toyota Canada's President's Program has three components: Sales Operations, After Sales Operations and Dealership Operational Excellence across all departments.

At the end of the 2021 President's Program, Acces Toyota ranks, for the second consecutive year, among the best dealerships in the country based on their operational excellence score. This important recognition earns him a place in the President's Club and allows him to receive a second trophy from the President's Program, the most prestigious title awarded by Toyota Canada.

Only seven dealerships, out of the 73 in the Acces Toyota category, can join the President's Club, while, all categories combined, only 30 dealerships in the country can be invited to be part of the President's Club.

2021 President's Program points are awarded based on key performance indicators such as achievement of sales targets across all departments, sales effectiveness, service effectiveness, Toyota buy recommendation, Toyota service recommendation as well as the ongoing training of all staff at Toyota University.

It is therefore thanks to the first position in Canada, won by the sales team, added to the excellence of each of its departments that Acces Toyota was awarded operational excellence.

Once again, Acces Toyota warmly thanks each of its departments, including sales, financial services, service, parts and administration, for working together towards achieving a common goal : excellence in the customer experience, a priority at Acces Toyota. By bringing together all their strength, energy and motivation, each team has contributed to achieving this high distinction as part of Toyota Canada's 2021 President's Program. Acces Toyota considers itself very lucky to be able to count on the rigour, loyalty and commitment of each and every one, on a daily basis.

Acces Toyota is very proud of the team spirit that reigns within the dealership. The results achieved at the end of the 2021 President's Program prove that all team members work together, that customers are at the heart of decisions and that Acces Toyota is capable of accomplishing great things.

Acces Toyota would also like to sincerely thank each customer for their trust and loyalty, without whom the achievement of this noteworthy result would not be possible. The entire team is very proud to see, through the results obtained in the 2021 President's Program, that customers are satisfied with their experience and that they recommend the purchase of products and services from Acces Toyota, despite the shortage of parts and difficulty in receiving commands, a situation that is beyond Acces Toyota's control.
