President's Program 2021 | Acces Toyota ranks #1 in Canada for sales

Acces Toyota is very proud of its exceptional team and would like to sincerely thank each member for their loyalty, commitment and dedication, particularly in 2021. Acces Toyota's results under Toyota's 2021 President's Program Canada bear witness to the efforts made over the past year. Thanks to the team spirit and determination of everyone, the Acces Toyota sales team ranks first among the 247 Toyota dealerships in Canada for the excellence of its operations within the department!
Each year, the President's Program competes with all Toyota dealerships in Canada. It aims to recognize and congratulate the best in the country. Toyota Canada's President's Program has three components: sales operations, post-sales operations and dealership operational excellence across all departments.
At the end of the 2021 President's Program, Acces Toyota ranks first among all dealerships nationwide in their sales operations score. This important recognition earns him a place in the President's Club and allows him to receive a trophy from the President's Program, the most prestigious title awarded by Toyota Canada.
Only seven dealerships, among the 73 in the Acces Toyota category, can receive this recognition. In addition to earning this high distinction, it should be mentioned that the score obtained by the Acces Toyota sales team is the best among all dealerships in the country!
President's Agenda 2021 points are awarded based on key performance indicators. In other words, in addition to having succeeded in surpassing the sales target for new vehicles set by Toyota Canada, despite low inventories and the difficulty in receiving orders, Acces Toyota succeeded in increasing its market in Rouyn-Noranda. Moreover, all the members of the sales team have successfully completed all the training and have excelled in the Toyota University exams. Another key performance indicator is customer experience. Toyota Canada therefore assesses the satisfaction of Acces Toyota customers through their responses to surveys and their purchase recommendation.
Although the 2021 President's Program trophy is won by the sales team, it is constantly supported by all of Acces Toyota's interdependent departments. It is therefore thanks to the collaboration of all the members of the Acces Toyota team that the sales department has succeeded in positioning itself as the best in the country.

It is the individual work as well as the collaboration of each and everyone that has enabled the achievement of operational excellence within the sales department and the granting of a trophy from the President's Program, the most prestigious title awarded by Toyota Canada.
Acces Toyota warmly thanks each customer for their trust and loyalty, without which the sales team could not have ranked first in Canada. Acces Toyota customers, particularly in 2021, have shown understanding of the shortage of parts and the difficulty in receiving orders. Despite the context that is beyond Acces Toyota's control, the sales team has been able to adapt and preserve the relationship with customers, who continue to trust, visit and believe in the quality of Acces Toyota’s service and products.
